It doesn’t seem to make much sense.” The school board last night approved the preliminary budget of $29.4 million for the 2013-2014 school year. This will be the third year that the Lewisburg Area School District is operating at a deficit and Superintendent DiRocco was skeptical that the governor’s proposal would bring the help it promised.
