Introduction for Tai Chi
When: December 7, 2011 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm Repeats: every 14 days until December 21, 2011 Where: Union County Public Library, 255 Reitz Blvd, Lewisburg,PA 17837, USA Kit Sisson will offer free instruction in tai chi, a traditional Chinese “soft style” martial art, at the Public Library for Union County on Wednesday, December 7 and Wednesday, December 21 at 1:00 p.m. Tai chi has been called a kind of moving meditation and has been shown by many studies to be an effective but gentle form of exercise for people of all ages.
