DANVILLE — A professional caregiver is accused of stealing thousands of dollars from a nursing home resident over whom she had power of attorney.  The Press Enterprise reports Mahoning Township police have charged 64-year-old Grace Zigner of CoalTownship with stealing more than $10,000 from the 58-year-old woman who resides at a nursing home in MahoningTownship.  Zigner is accused of taking the money between June of 2009 and this past August.  Police say she left the woman with only $4.85 in a banking account.  (Ali Stevens)
