Charges may have been filed against Knapp
MIDDLEBURG – The Midd West School Board withdrew unspecified charges against Dr. Wesley Knapp in exchange for him resigning five days ago. The Daily Item reports charges are not being disclosed in a four-page separation agreement released Friday afternoon.
Board members are not commenting on the possible charges that would have been filed against Knapp, had he not resigned. October 7th, Knapp was placed on administrative leave and he voluntarily resigned on October 28th after five years on the job in the Midd West district. Daphne Snook was appointed as interim superintendent through the end of the year. (Ali Stevens)
