CORRECTION: Troopers: Teen stabbed McClure man

Correction: WKOK’s story indicated that the victim in this incident was a female.  According to police, the victim was a male.  We apologize for the error.

TROXELVILLE — A teenager is being charged for a stabbing incident in Snyder County. According to state police, a 17-year-old male stabbed a McClure man in the shoulder with a knife Tuesday morning. Police say the incident occured during an altercation at 6:30a.m.

The suspect was taken to Geisinger Medical Center. The victim was transported to Evangelical Community Hospital for non life threatening injuries. Charges are pending. (Codi Jade)
