Former substitute teacher pleads guilty to sexting
SUNBURY — A former substitute teacher in the Shamokin Area School District has pleaded guilty to sending sexually graphic text messages to four female students. The News Item reports 24-year-old Michael Zack of Marion Heights entered his plea before President Judge Robert Sacavage on Wednesday morning.
Zack was charged March 15th by Coal Township police for sending about 4,300 text messages to two 17-year-old girls and two 16-year-old girls, who attended the Shamokin Area High School. Zack was charged with felony unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors. He faces prison time when he is sentenced within 90 days. (Ali Stevens)
