LEWISBURG – The man accused of shooting and killing a local yoga teacher will be in Union County Court Tuesday.  35-year-old Joel Snider is set for a hearing on his petition to preserve testimony.  Snider is accused in the 2010 shooting of 70-year-old Sudharman, a yoga teacher inNew Berlin.  Snider could face the death penalty if convicted of the crime.  His trial is scheduled for next year.
