Man jailed after Union County drug stop

MONTOURSVILLE – A Philadelphia man was stopped just over the Union County line and charged with drug possession.  State Police say 28-year-old Warren Harding was stopped around 2:15 Wednesday morning along Route 15, where he was traveling north, in Brady Township, Lycoming County.  Harding reportedly showed indicators of criminal activity and a search was requested and granted.

Once inside the vehicle police found 700 bags of heroin, two ounces of bulk heroin and packaging materials. Harding was charged with possession with intent to deliver and is in Lycoming County Prison on $750,000 bail. (Sara Bartlett)
