MILLERSBURG — A Millersburg woman died after a head-on crash on Route 147 in Dauphin County Tuesday morning.

According to The Daily Item, 70-year-old Lorena Lemons’ SUV collided with a pickup truck around 11:30a.m. Tuesday.  She later died at the Harrisburg Hospital.

Lykens State Police said the driver of the pickup truck was 30-year-old Justin Wallace of Millersburg.  He was taken to Hershey Medical Center for treatment.  The cause of the crash is unknown.  The investigation continues.  (Codi Jade)
