MUNCY — A multi-vehicle crash is partially blocking I-180 eastbound in the Muncy area.  Traffic is backed up ahead of the crash scene at the Northumberland/Lycoming County line.  Traffic is moving slowly in the passing lane and there will be a lane restriction until a disabled truck is removed, which could last in to the late evening hours. Caution is advised in the area.
