LEWISBURG — A Lewisburg man with a warrant in New York City is now in jail.  Milton State Police say they observed 46-year-old Francisco Nieves going into a Kelly Township store just after 11:00p.m. Saturday.  Police knew Nieves faced an outstanding warrant from New York City Police Department.  Nieves was taken into custody and is in Union County Prison.
