SUNBURY – Sunbury Police have one man in custody after a police pursuit yesterday afternoon.  Edwin Santana is in custody, locked up in the Northumberland County Prison.   Police say Santana was driving, and he was wanted for a parole violation and as police tried to stop him, he drove through several stop signs before crashing into a pickup truck.

He then jumped from the moving vehicle and took off on foot.  Santana was apprehended in the 200 block of South River Avenue after jumping over a fence.  Santana was wanted for a DUI violation.  He is now facing multiple charges for the incident yesterday in Sunbury.  (Ali Stevens)
