SHAMOKIN DAM — A disabled vehicle is causing some traffic snags in Snyder County.  According to county communications, a vehicle on Route 11 near Tedd’s Landing is backing up traffic.

One local man said he has been stuck in traffic nearly 20 minutes.  A crew is on its way to clear the roadway.  No word on how long it will take.  (Codi Jade)
