LYCOMING COUNTY — Both Route 15 northbound lanes north of Trout Run in Lycoming County have been closed since 1:00p.m.  Emergency responders anticipate the detour, using Routes 14 north and 6 west, will be in effect through 8:00p.m.  The cleanup of a crashed tractor-trailer is taking longer than expected.  (Codi Jade)
