Sunbury woman pleads guilty to stealing a Geisinger shuttle bus

DANVILLE– A Sunbury woman has pleaded guilty to stealing a shuttle bus after being treated in the emergency room at Geisinger Medical Center.

The Press Enterprise reports 41-year-old Paula Clinton told police she had no way home when she took the Geisinger shuttle bus, which was parked outside the hospital with the keys in the ignition.  She then abandoned the bus along Route 11 in PointTownship.

Clinton pleaded guilty to felony theft on Monday and faces up to seven years in prison when she is sentenced.  (Ali Stevens)
