The Valley to get a taste of Texas… soon
SELINSGROVE — It’s a question that may be on the minds of many folks traveling down Routes 11/15 these days — When is the Texas Roadhouse going to open? Well, according to a note on the front door, the answer is March.
The restaurant is looking to hire staff this month and open to the public in March. The Kentucky-based steakhouse is famous for their endless bucket of free peanuts, line-dancing waitresses, and affiliation with Willie Nelson.
The Texas Roadhouse building has been constructed on the former Ruby Tuesday site. The 2.5 acre lot in Monroe Township has been vacant since April of 2007, after several fires. (Codi Jade)
