No injuries were reported, but the cleanup was extensive after the incident around 6:30a.m. JR Erdley of the William Cameron Engine Company in Lewisburg says the driver of the tractor-trailer, Jarvis Shepard of Georgia, noticed some resistant in the trailer while driving on Route 147 near Route 405. It was then he stopped to unhook the trailer and it caught fire.
The blaze was out in about 10 minutes, but the cleanup was extensive and took several hours into the late afternoon. One lane was closed, which caused slow traffic in the area.
