Democrats to be sworn in to state row offices

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) – A trio of Democrats is poised to be sworn in to Pennsylvania’s three statewide row offices this week, signaling a new political dynamic in a Capitol that’s otherwise under Republican control.

Ceremonies will be held Tuesday for Attorney General-elect Kathleen Kane, Auditor General-elect Eugene DePasquale and state Treasurer Rob McCord. It’s the first time in more than three decades Democrats have held all three offices.
